Medinet is the leading provider of insourcing services working alongside NHS organisations throughout the UK, to assist them to achieve the waiting time targets. It has now been in operation for 14 years. The recruitment team manned their stands , with the aim of increasing the pool of trained medical staff at all levels. The requirement at these events are:

  • promote Medinet the ‘Professionals Brand’
  • engage with the delegates
  • enable delegates to register their interest to work on contract


The medical industry traditionally has sterile white stands with flashes of colour to draw the delegates attention.  We are proposing, in keeping with the company branding, a black stand with gold high-lights for them to stand out. There were:

  • a central bar where delegates had a coffee,
  • ipads on the corners of the stands to enable easy registration,
  • the logo clearly visible on the storeroom wall,
  • the BATAK used as an interactive game to attract visitors.
